Utah Food Bank
We are proud to join together with the Utah Food Bank to fight hunger and food insecurity in our local communities. We support the organization’s mission of providing millions of meals to children, seniors and families throughout Utah.
Promoting Safety with Cash Rewards for Our Employees
It is no secret that safety is a big concern for construction companies, especially when working with gas lines. Safety protocols are important for keeping our workers and neighbors safe during construction. In order to reinforce our safety program, we award a cash prize to employees each month during our safety meeting. The amount of the prize is based on the number of days we go without an incident and can be as much as $1,000—the more days, the bigger the prize. This helps to build team camaraderie and create an atmosphere of safety in which our employees “have each other’s backs.”
